I'm Clint

With experience in manual therapy, movement science, and martial arts, Clint Allert offers a uniquely integrated approach to pain relief, mobility restoration, and performance enhancement. As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Fascial Stretch Therapist, and Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, he works with clients ranging from athletes and martial artists recovering from injury to those managing chronic conditions.

Clint Allert currently holds a 3rd-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a black belt in Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, with decades of teaching and coaching experience through his long-standing martial arts academy in Burlington, Ontario. His deep understanding of human biomechanics, developed through years of disciplined movement practice, translates into highly effective, personalized care for each client.

Whether you're recovering from surgery, dealing with nagging joint pain, or striving to move better and feel stronger, Clint combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with movement-based solutions that empower you to take control of your health. His sessions often blend soft tissue work, fascial mobility, corrective exercise, and education—tailored to the specific demands of your lifestyle or sport.
